Responsibilities: Hire, train, and supervise student assistants, oversee circulation activities for all types of library materials, and assist in providing reference services to library patrons using all available sources and formats.    

The Pilgrim Library’s location at the “heart of campus” serves as a welcomed gathering area that enables connections and collaboration between students and information. My motivation is that individuals utilize the building, its resources, and its staff to further their academic success. As an Alumni of Defiance College, the pillars of our Mission statement “To Know, To Understand, To Lead, To Serve” shape my daily interactions.
